After lifeguarding, Dominic obtained his Series 7 brokerage license. That step launched a prosperous banking and investment career; a few years later, he managed a 65-million-dollar Citibank office. Before he turned 30, he was directing large teams of salespeople throughout Southern California for Paychex, a Fortune 500 company.

While at a software company in Irvine, California, Dominic helped build their sales organization from a small local team of 5 to 55 with offices in four countries. This rapid growth led to the sale of the company for more than $500 million.

Dominic founded RightMind, a firm committed to helping global leaders find and fulfill their purpose—helping organizations surpass their goals, build world-class teams, and create human-centered cultures.

Above all else, Dominic is a husband and father. He is passionate about pretending to be a chef, cycling, and music. For him, a great weekend involves smoking meat for friends and family, enjoying a craft cocktail, and watching a little football.
